Appointments

Autumn Joy Salon recommends that clients take the time to reschedule their next appointment(s) before they leave the salon in an effort to reserve the date and time that best fits your schedule. We also offer online booking for your convince 24/7.

If appointments aren’t available during your desired date and time, we will add your name to a cancellation list and in the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted by phone, email, or text.

Confirmations, Late Arrivals & Cancellations

While it is not always possible to contact a client directly, every effort will be made to confirm your appointment two days in advance by our online booking system (through email and text).

A 24-Hour notice to cancel would be greatly appreciated. A missed appointment means loss of availability for other clients. However, we do realize circumstances occasionally arise which are completely out of one’s control, and we truly understand. Any missed appointment may result in a $25 Service Fee.

We understand that sometimes it is inevitable that you may run late for an appointment. The time that you have scheduled is yours to use at your discretion. We will give every effort to deliver your services to you as best can be met by the remainder of your scheduled time.

Services Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your color and cutting service, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within three days. The redo policy doesn’t cover a change in the style or color. Full service price applies after three days. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist. We do not offer refunds for any hair services.

Autumn Joy Salon will not be liable nor redo hair color that has been done outside of our salon.  Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results.  Because of the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.

Salon Etiquette & Children

Autumn Joy Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.

Our waiting area is cozy, and will only accommodate a few people. Please limit the number of people who are waiting for you during your appointment. Children are not allowed in the salon at any time unless they are receiving a service. Children receiving a service cannot be left unattended in the salon. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Products

There are NO returns or exchanges of products purchased at Autumn Joy  Salon. We will gladly allow you to take home samples of any product of interest (limit 3 items). If you are sensitive to scents or ingredients, this policy will allow you to try before you buy.

There are no exchanges, returns or refunds brushes, discounted items, & Gift Cards.

Payment Methods

We accept the following: Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. There will be a $25 Service Fee for all returned checks.
