Policies

 

Appointments

Autumn Joy Salon recommends that clients take the time to reschedule their next appointment(s) before they leave the salon in an effort to reserve the date and time that best fits your schedule. We also offer online booking for your convince 24/7. If appointments aren’t available during your desired date and time, we will add your name to a cancellation list and in the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted by phone, email, or text.

Salon Etiquette & Children

Autumn Joy Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.Our waiting area is cozy, and will only accommodate a few people. Please limit the number of people who are waiting for you during your appointment. Children are not permitted in the salon at any time unless they are receiving a service. Children receiving a service cannot be left unattended in the salon. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Confirmations, Late Arrivals & Cancellations

While it is not always possible to contact each client personally , you will receive confirmation of your hair appointment in advance by our online booking system (via email or text). The online booking system is set up to send out reminders 72-hours in advance and again in 24-hours for your convenience. If you have to cancel your appointment, a 24-Hour notice for cuts and a 48-Hour notice for color is required . If cancellations are made outside the 24 to 48 hour window there will be a 50% charge of the service booked. A missed appointment means loss of revenue for the stylist and loss of availability for other clients waiting to get in . Any missed appointment or No-Show will be charged 100% of the service that was booked. Late Arrivals more than 15 minutes may need to forego parts of their scheduled service (haircut or blowout) to ensure on-time service for subsequent clients. Clients more than 30 minutes late will be charged a fee of 50% of the booked service and will need to reschedule.

We accept all major credit cards, or cash. Personal checks are not accepted.

Services Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your color and cutting service, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within 72 hours. The redo policy doesn’t cover a change in the style or color. Full service price applies after 72 hours. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist. We do not offer refunds for any hair services. Autumn Joy Salon will not be liable nor redo hair color that has been done outside of our salon.  Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results.  Because of the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.

Products

There are NO returns or exchanges of products purchased at Autumn Joy  Salon. We will gladly allow you to take home samples of any available products of interest. If you are sensitive to scents or ingredients, this policy will allow you to try before you buy.

There are no exchanges, returns or refunds brushes, discounted items, & Gift Cards.
